 Train and Kemp was founded by Norman Train and Martin Kemp in 1992. It now has a staff of thirty based in our office in Kennington in South London. The practice is lead by three principals supported by three team leaders who form the management team. The rest of the team consists of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.
In addition the team is augmented by a number of external consultants who are experts in the fields of structural and civil engineering, geo-environmental engineering and marketing,
