Norman Train sits on Judging Panel
Norman Train is the Institution of Structural Engineer's representative on the judging panel in the 2006 Concrete Society Awards.
He has had the pleaesure of visiting five of the short listed projects, three buildings and two civil engineering projects. Whilst each project is different, the common theme in all is that the delivery was a collaborational team effort and there is pride in the completed project.
Of the projects, Norman say "All are of a high standard and exemplar projects in their own right. The final meeting of the judges is going to be difficult".
The Announcement of the winners will be made at the Conrete Society Awards Dinner on 10 November.
