ISO 9000 maintained
BSI have confirmed that Train and Kemp’s quality management system is to be certified for the next three years to 2009.
The BSI Auditor was impressed with progress that has been made since the last certification in 2003. In particular he liked the design review procedures and clear commitment of the senior management to implement quality procedures.
George Jarrett, the Quality Manager, said that “it is important to have a mindset of continual improvement to ensure that the system does not stagnate. We welcome the comments and suggestions made by our Auditors”.
ISO 9000 is an important feature both internally, in ensuring standardisation and clarity in procedures throughout the office, and externally for our clients, in helping to demonstrate that they are receiving a quality service.
