Jansons Property has appointed Train and Kemp as their engineers on their 132 bedroom hotel for Premier Inns on Lavington Street. Train and Kemp also assisted with technical aspects of the pre-purchase due diligence including appraisal of the enabling works and remediation of the site.
The hotel will require planning for a change of use and will require careful coordination with the contractor for the remaining half of the site, which is already under construction.
