Our staff are our most important asset in that they act as our ambassadors and the drivers of our service and deliverables.
We operate a policy of recruiting, educating, developing and promoting staff all the way through to member/proncipal level. As part of this ethos, we support the training of technicians with college day release and whenever possible offer vacation work to engineering students.
